About this Class

An all-levels class to support you in managing, relieving, and healing low back pain through thoughtful sequencing focusing on proper alignment while developing strength, flexibility, and healthy lifestyle habits. Recommended props: yoga mat, 2 blocks (or books)

No Experience Required

This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

IN MEMORIAM We miss and love our wonderful teacher and friend Traci Ayers and invite you to take her classes anytime on our video library. Traci came to yoga at age 39, taking a 15 min youtube yoga class “by accident”. She didn’t realize she was practicing yoga until the end when the teacher mentioned it. One 15 min class however, she was hooked! Traci is a RYT 200 certified instructor from a school in Rishikesh after a 30 day immersion in yoga teacher training in India. She is also certified as a Detoxification Specialist and Family Herbalist. She enjoys bringing students to an understanding of how their yoga practice is working for them, and how to use this valuable resource to equip themselves to affect a balanced, harmonious lifestyle.
