This class is a mix of all-levels hatha yoga, dynamic postures that build heat to unlock the body’s strength and coordination, followed by yin yoga, a series of non-standing postures held for a long time to promote flexibility while relaxing the nervous system. A little yang to burn off the stiffness and a little yin to deeply unwind – it’s the perfect combination for peace of mind and a great night’s sleep. Recommended props: yoga mat

Niki took her first yoga class at 12 and has been a student of the practice ever since. Her philosophy is that yoga is as much about what happens on the mat as what your mentality is all day long - managing stress, choosing love over fear and overcoming excuses. She holds an advanced Psychology degree from the University of South Florida, and is registered as an E-500 and Y.A.C.E.P. with the internationally acclaimed Yoga Alliance.
