Welcome to the Spring into Strength Challenge! After a month of loosening up and rediscovering mobility, it is time to build on that momentum. This month is about pairing that newfound freedom of movement with strength - functional, feel-good strength that supports you in everything you do. Who is this for? Everyone. Whether you are brand new to strength work or looking to build consistency, these classes are designed to be accessible with modifications for all levels. Strength is not about lifting heavy - it is about building a body that supports you in daily life. Why Strength? Strength is the foundation for moving through life with ease and energy. When your body feels strong: - Everyday tasks feel easier: Carrying groceries, climbing stairs, playing with kids - all lighter. - Better posture, less pain: Strong muscles support your spine and reduce common aches. - Improved balance and injury prevention: Stability keeps you safe and confident on your feet. - More energy throughout the day: Strength training boosts mood and stamina. To complete this challenge, take 3 classes from any of the following categories: - Core Strength - Pilates - Strength Training - Chair Yoga - Back Health - Vinyasa - Power Yoga - Yoga for Beginners - Walk It Out Here's all you have to do: 1.
