Welcome to the Reach In, Reach Out Challenge! Inspired by Whole Health’s Circle of Health, this month is all about connection—with yourself and the people who matter most. Whether it’s family, friends, co-workers, or community, meaningful relationships start from within. This August, take time to reach inward through self-kindness, reflection, and movement—and then reach outward with clarity, presence, and renewed energy. Your challenge: Take any 3 classes that help you recharge and reconnect—emotionally, physically, and socially. Why This Matters: • Self-care builds better connections – Grounding yourself makes space to show up more fully for others. • Strong relationships = better health – Research shows social support boosts physical and emotional well-being. • Self-compassion is a skill – Like flexibility or strength, it gets stronger the more you practice. To complete the challenge, take 3 classes from categories like: • Gentle Yoga or Slow Flow – Move gently, reset your nervous system • Meditation or Yoga Nidra – Build awareness and emotional clarity • Breathwork – Regulate stress and open space for deeper presence • Strength or Chair Classes – Move your body with kindness and confidence • Tai Chi or Qigong – Cultivate balance, control, and energy • Decompress & Rest – Let go and return to yourself How to Participate: Sign Up – Get access to a wide range of supportive classes. Take Any 3 Classes – Pick what nurtures you—no rules, just care. Reflect or Share – Take note of how you feel, or invite someone you care about to join you.
