Welcome to the Core Foundations ChallengeThis February, we're focusing on building a strong, stable center - the foundation for better posture, easier movement, and daily resilience. Who is this for? Everyone. Whether you're working on back pain, improving balance, or just want to feel stronger in everyday life, core work benefits all bodies. These classes are designed to be accessible, with modifications for all levels. Why Core? Your core is more than just your abs - it's the entire system of muscles that stabilize your spine and pelvis. A strong core helps you: - Move with Ease: From getting out of bed to carrying groceries, core strength makes daily tasks feel lighter. - Protect Your Back: A stable core takes pressure off your spine and reduces common aches and pains. - Improve Balance: Better stability means fewer falls and more confidence in movement. - Stand Taller: Core strength naturally improves posture, helping you breathe better and feel more energized. To complete this challenge, take 3 classes from any of the following categories: - Core Strength - Pilates - Chair Yoga - Back Health - Strength Training - Gentle Flow - Yoga for Beginners - Functional Mobility - Yoga Here's all you have to do: 1. Sign Up: Take any 3 eligible classes during February. 2. Feel the Difference: Notice how a stronger center supports everything else.
