To complete the challenge, take any 3 classes from categories like: • Gentle Yoga • Yoga Nidra • Breathwork • Pilates or Strength Training • Vinyasa or Power Yoga • Tai Chi & Qigong • Meditation & Mindfulness • Decompress & Rest How to Participate: Sign Up – Join the challenge and access our library of live and recorded classes.
