Welcome to the Core Foundations Challenge! Summer is here, the days are long, and bodies are moving more - hiking, gardening, traveling, chasing kids around. This month we are focusing on the part of your body that quietly supports all of it: your core. Who is this for? Everyone. Whether you are working on back pain, improving balance, or just want to feel stronger in everyday life, core work benefits all bodies. These classes are designed to be accessible with modifications for all levels. No crunches, no equipment required. Why Core? Your core is more than just your abs - it is the entire system of muscles that stabilize your spine and pelvis. It is the bridge between your upper and lower body. When your core is strong, everything else works better: - Less back pain: A stable core takes pressure off your spine and supports the muscles around it. - Better posture: Core strength keeps you upright without effort, even sitting at a desk all day. - Improved balance and stability: Lowers fall risk and builds confidence in daily movement. - Easier breathing: The deep core muscles work hand-in-hand with your diaphragm. To complete this challenge, take 3 classes from any of the following categories: - Core Yoga - Mat Pilates - Pilates - Core Vinyasa - Yoga - Breathwork - Strength Training - Yoga for Beginners - Chair Yoga - Back Health - Walk It Out Here's all you have to do: 1. Sign Up: Take any 3 eligible classes during June. 2. Feel the difference: Notice how a stronger center supports everything else - your posture, your back, your breath, your balance.
