Welcome to the Move Freely Challenge! After a long winter, March is the perfect time to loosen up, stretch out, and reconnect with how good movement can feel. Who is this for? Everyone. Whether you sit at a desk all day, carry tension in your shoulders, or just feel stiff when you wake up, these classes help your body feel more open and at ease. All levels welcome. Why Flexibility & Mobility? Flexibility is not just about touching your toes. It is about moving through life with less resistance and more freedom. When your body feels open: - Daily tasks get easier: Reaching, bending, turning - all smoother. - Tension melts away: Tight muscles contribute to headaches, back pain, and stress. Stretching helps release it. - You sleep better: A relaxed body settles into rest more easily. - Injury risk drops: Supple muscles and mobile joints are more resilient. To complete this challenge, take 3 classes from any of the following categories: - Gentle Flow - Stretch & Release - Chair Yoga - Restorative Yoga - Back Health - Yoga for Beginners - Decompress & Rest Here's all you have to do: 1. Sign Up: Take any 3 eligible classes during March. 2. Notice the shift: Pay attention to how your body feels before and after.
