This May, we’re inviting you to reignite your energy, move your body, and feel great doing it. The May You Get Moving Challenge is all about shaking off the cobwebs, building momentum, and discovering the joy of consistent movement—no matter your pace or experience level.
To complete the challenge, all you need to do is take 3 classes this month from any of our energizing, uplifting class types. Whether you love to sweat or prefer a slow build, you’ll find something to get you moving and feeling good.

To complete the challenge, take any 3 classes from categories like:

• Tai Chi or Qigong
• Mobility & Functional Movement
