Make it a Habit: LIVE CLASS CHALLENGE

Welcome to the Make It a Habit Challenge! May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and there is no better time to build a simple, sustainable movement routine. One class a week. Four weeks. That is it. Who is this for? Everyone. Whether you have never taken a class before or you are getting back into a routine, this challenge is designed to be the easiest possible on-ramp. One class a week is doable for anyone. And this one is different - you can take the live version, the on-demand version, or both. Why Habits? Movement is medicine, and consistency is the prescription. You do not need to do a lot - you just need to show up regularly. When you build the habit: - Consistency beats intensity: Regular gentle movement outperforms occasional hard workouts. - Your mood improves: Weekly movement supports mental health all month long. - Small wins build momentum: One class a week adds up. Start now, carry it into summer. - It becomes automatic: After four weeks, showing up feels like second nature. To complete this challenge, take 4 classes (one per week) from any of the following categories: - Gentle Flow - Meditation - Chair Yoga - Yoga for Beginners - Pilates - Core Strength - Walk It Out - Decompress & Rest - Stretch & Release Here's all you have to do: 1. Sign Up: Take 1 class per week during May (4 total). 2. Notice what changes: Pay attention to how you feel after a month of showing up.
