Join us for the Grateful Movement Challenge this November - a month to appreciate all that your body and breath make possible. To complete the challenge: • Take any 3 classes of your choice during the month • Practice gratitude with intention - whether it’s for your health, your resilience, or your community Recommended Classes This challenge is flexible: pick the classes that help you reflect and feel connected. Here are some great fits: • Meditation - Cultivate appreciation and presence • Gentle Flow - Move with care and intention • Breathwork - Connect to the moment and reset • Chair Yoga - Accessible options for every body • Back Health - Care for your spine, your foundation • Decompress & Rest - Prioritize rest as a form of gratitude • Strength & Core - Celebrate what your body can do Why it Matters Studies show that a regular gratitude practice: Improves emotional well-being Lowers stress levels Strengthens resilience and social connection When paired with movement, gratitude can ground us more fully in the present - helping us reset mentally and physically before the busy holiday season.
