This month, we’re focusing on balance in every sense of the word: improving physical coordination, building balance-related core strength, and cultivating calm. Whether you’re trying to reduce stress, avoid burnout, or simply stay centered as the seasons shift, this challenge supports your whole self. To complete this challenge, take 3 classes from any of the following categories: • Functional Mobility • Core Strength • Gentle Yoga • Vinyasa Yoga • Breathwork • Meditation • Pilates • Chair Yoga • Back Health Support Why Join? • Improve coordination, posture, and fall prevention • Regulate your nervous system and build mental clarity • Strengthen your body’s center of gravity and emotional center • Create rituals that bring steadiness to your day and week By the end of the month, you’ll feel more balanced, grounded, and steady - inside and out.
