Welcome to the Rooted in Relief Challenge This challenge invites you to create the conditions for healing and ease - both inside your body and in your environment. This is about more than exercise. It’s about using mindful movement to feel more at home in your body, more present in your space, and more supported overall. Your challenge: Take 3 classes in September that support pain relief, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of safety and stability in body and mind. Why this challenge matters:Movement can reduce pain - Mindful, gentle exercise helps manage chronic pain and improve mobility • Your surroundings shape your state - When we feel safe and grounded, healing is more possible • Nervous system regulation - Classes that calm your system can ease both emotional and physical tension Try classes like:Yoga for Back Care or Pain Relief – Release tension and improve mobility • Gentle or Chair Yoga 0 Accessible support for joints and range of motion • Yoga Nidra & Breathwork – Deep rest for body and mind • Meditation - Calm the mind and increase resilience • Decompress & Rest - Downshift your nervous system • Tai Chi or Qigong - Slow, flowing movement that promotes balance and awareness • Functional Movement - Confidence and ease in daily activity How to Participate: 1. Join the Challenge - Sign up to access hundreds of live and on-demand classes. 2. Take 3 Classes 0 Pick what helps you feel more supported - no pressure. 3.
