A functional fitness class that will strengthen you for your day-to-day activities so you can have confidence to live the life you want to live. This is a body weight class only - no props required. NOTE: we recommend wearing sneakers during this class Recommended props: yoga mat or non-slip surface
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.
You'll get a great workout, and still have energy later.
Tasha found her way into the fitness world by selling gym memberships in 2003. After becoming a personal trainer and becoming certified to teach yoga within one month of each in 2004, she has become an international trainer and presenter, teaching several movement modalities and inspiring people to get moving in whatever way feels authentic to them. She is the mother of two grown children and the grandmother of one.

It is a good morning routine. I spent the summer nursing a broken bone and lost too much muscle strength. This class is an easy first step back into an exercise routine. I appreciate that she explained and demonstrated the movements.

I love to start my day with Tasha's class. I've noticed I feel lighter and more flexible all day, which is a huge mood booster. Tasha keeps us moving and injects a bit of humor along the way. It's an excellent workout. I wish this class were offered more often.

This was a wonderful class to wake up my body. Slow progression to good buildup. Tasha explains moves very clearly and challenges is to push through at our own pace. She is encouraging and does has no expectations beyond my limit.
