About this Class

A mindful flow that will help wake you up and get you ready for your day! Set your intention for the day or week as you gently flow from meditation to movement through this 45 minute session. Soft reminders throughout the practice will help keep you present and mindful of your movement and breath. Recommended props: yoga mat

No Experience Required

This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Meet Your Teacher

Brianna RheaJoined December 2018

Bri has always been fascinated with the human mind, body and soul and what it is capable of. She began practicing yoga in 2010, and over the years has learned a tremendous amount of information with mentors such as Marshan Sam, Shawna Schenk, Mark Knowles and a vast number of books and articles paving the way for her own journey. She became an RYT-200 in 2018, and has been excited to share the medicine of mindful movement, yoga, meditation and breathwork with others ever since. She is a forever student and is the kind of teacher who enjoys turning anything into a learning moment for everyone. By opening up the mind, heart and body during practice, Bri helps bring moments of playfulness, creativity, discovery and wonder to yourself and surroundings--on and off the mat.

This class was just what I needed today! I have been moving into a new house so I felt I really need to stretch. This was a gentle stretch, allowing my poor, stiff muscles time to stretch. I would definitely recommend this class to my friends.
