About this Class

This class combines hatha-style asana with breathwork, light meditation, and fluid movement to energize and enjoy the full benefits of yoga asana - physically, emotionally and spiritually. You will feel more calm and balanced at a resting state and be better able to receive life’s challenges and blessings with equanimity, joy and grace. All levels welcome. Recommended props: yoga mat, blocks (or books), strap (or scarf/towel), blanket

No Experience Required

This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Meet Your Teacher

Reggie HubbardJoined February 2021

Reggie began his yoga journey in 2014, seeking inner peace during professional challenges. Now a 500-hour certified teacher, he is known for sharing techniques for cultivating peace and ease in daily life to Members of Congress and their staff, mission-oriented organizations, healthcare leaders and more. His teaching practice is designed for all levels and lifestyles; the only thing required is an open mind. The focus of his teaching is to bring more peace and balance to those doing advocacy work, while guiding the wellness community toward being more engaged, concerned citizens. He believes achieving this balance is how we catalyze transformative change.
