Students feel more calm and balanced at a resting state and are better able to receive life’s challenges and blessings with equanimity and grace. This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Reggie began his yoga journey in 2014, seeking inner peace during professional challenges. Now a 500-hour certified teacher, he is known for sharing techniques for cultivating peace and ease in daily life to Members of Congress and their staff, mission-oriented organizations, healthcare leaders and more. His teaching practice is designed for all levels and lifestyles; the only thing required is an open mind. The focus of his teaching is to bring more peace and balance to those doing advocacy work, while guiding the wellness community toward being more engaged, concerned citizens. He believes achieving this balance is how we catalyze transformative change.
