Dawn has been practicing yoga since 2005. She became a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance in 2011. In that time she has logged well over the 2,000 hours of teaching needed that earned her E-RYT500 designation. Off of the mat, she is a military spouse and mother of two. Her yoga practice helps her navigate her personal wellness and any challenges this life throws her way. She is passionate about sharing what she has learned about the body and how to apply yoga philosophy to day-to-day experiences.
