A slower paced class designed for those with or trying to prevent back-pain and spine issues. Learn to manage chronic pain and reduce inflammation while improving your posture. Restore your range of motion, build core support and correct muscular imbalances without doing crunches. This alignment driven practice includes guided breathwork and a good dose of humor. Recommended props: yoga mat, blanket or towel, blocks (or books), strap (or tie/scarf)
This class is appropriate for all students with all experience levels, including new and beginner students who are still learning the basics.

Niki took her first yoga class at 12 and has been a student of the practice ever since. Her philosophy is that yoga is as much about what happens on the mat as what your mentality is all day long - managing stress, choosing love over fear and overcoming excuses. She holds an advanced Psychology degree from the University of South Florida, and is registered as an E-500 and Y.A.C.E.P. with the internationally acclaimed Yoga Alliance. Yoga is for every body, and her style is down-to-earth. You’ll move, and you’ll learn a lot, too! Expect variations of postures, modifications, props, breath work and specific cues to advance your own practice, class by class.
