Perfect for first-timers, this class focuses on gentle movements, basic poses, and breathing.
πͺ Functional Mobility for Everyday Living with Charisse Burrus Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 6:00PM EDT (30 min): This mobility class combined with strength is designed to take you through exercises that will improve your ability to move safely and independently through everyday living. This is a body weight class only; no props are needed. It will be beginner friendly but all levels welcome.
