May at Ompractice
Published 4/30/2026
Welcome to May!
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and there is no better time to take care of your mind and body. Movement, breath, and mindfulness are some of the most effective tools we have for managing stress, improving sleep, and supporting emotional wellbeing.
And it does not have to be complicated!
Our Monthly Challenge in May is our Make it a Habit: CHALLENGE
One class a week. Four weeks. That is it. This May, take 4 classes - one per week. It does not matter which classes you pick. The goal is simple: build the habit of showing up for yourself. Movement is medicine, and consistency is the prescription. [New options: live class challenge OR on demand challenge!]
