This was a fantastic introduction to meditation! The experience was incredibly relaxing, and the instructor was absolutely awesome, making the class both enjoyable and informative. Despite it being my first time, I felt completely at ease and enjoyed learning the meditation techniques.

Ompractice has helped me to explore new ways of connecting with and challenging myself. Every week there are a variety of classes and opportunities to explore. The teachers have all been excellent and to my amazement in three months I have logged in 25+ hours of class time. I look forward to the classes and appreciate the positive impact they are having on my mind and body!

Ompractice is a live online yoga/meditation platform like no other. I love that I don’t need to go anywhere to take a yoga class, especially great with a 5 year old at home. The classes are live which holds me accountable to get on the mat and allows the teacher to give helpful personalized cues. Ompractice is a great place for beginners because the classes are accessible and teachers give cues to keep you safe.

For years, I trekked to the gym for my weekly yoga class. I loved the class and the instructor, but I did not love traveling through ice and snow to get there. Now I do yoga practice at home in the cozy space I have set up. I love that I can work at my own pace and at different times that work for me.

Ompractice is an online community of people who celebrate yoga. The teachers are wonderful - they make every practice meaningful and it feels like we are in class together. I have been practicing with Ompractice since the pandemic. I love Ompractice and can't imagine my life without it. One piece of advice: Try many different classes -- there are so many to choose from that you'll find the classes that are best for you.

I love Ompractice and recommend it to everyone. What works for me: the early morning, bite-size classes, the variety of classes, the ease of use of the website and Zoom interface. The diversity of instructors. Love! Also, the price structure and friends/fam opportunity. Very humane, very welcoming, very well-done!

An all-levels practice to “floss” the tension out of tight shoulders and a stiff neck. This class will focus on joint mobility, releasing pent up tension in the muscles that support the shoulder, neck and upper back.
Yin Yoga supports and strengthens the body's connective tissue, ligaments and tendons as well as enhancing and aligning the more subtle aspects of the body’s energy and increasing our capacity to be calm and present in the moment. A shortened version of our traditional Ompractice Vinyasa Yoga Class. Flow through a creative sequence of poses focusing on linking conscious breath to fluid movement to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility.
