Community classes are just that - for the community, free of charge. Every week we provide a selection of live, interactive classes that are clear and easy to follow that you can join and enjoy. 🎥 Camera-On Classes

We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for the safety of all students, and for the teacher to be able to give in the moment feedback and support. Read more about this here.

Ompractice is a live online yoga/meditation platform like no other. I love that I don’t need to go anywhere to take a yoga class, especially great with a 5 year old at home. The classes are live which holds me accountable to get on the mat and allows the teacher to give helpful personalized cues. Ompractice is a great place for beginners because the classes are accessible and teachers give cues to keep you safe.

For years, I trekked to the gym for my weekly yoga class. I loved the class and the instructor, but I did not love traveling through ice and snow to get there. Now I do yoga practice at home in the cozy space I have set up. I love that I can work at my own pace and at different times that work for me.

Ompractice is an online community of people who celebrate yoga. The teachers are wonderful - they make every practice meaningful and it feels like we are in class together. I have been practicing with Ompractice since the pandemic. I love Ompractice and can't imagine my life without it. One piece of advice: Try many different classes -- there are so many to choose from that you'll find the classes that are best for you.
