"When I signed up I did not know what to expect. Pretty clueless about what we would be doing or what would take place, I had, in fact, never even heard of Laugh Yoga. At the end of class I was amazed by how good I felt: my joints were eased and lubricated, my muscles were soft and warm, my normal aches and pains were soothed, and my entire body felt renewed. I experienced a delicious over all tingle of well being like that after an invigorating swim or a deep tissue massage.
