Happy April to you! We have a special classes coming up this month, new classes on the schedule, and lots of good things in store below.
Our Monthly Challenge in April is our SPRING INTO STRENGTH CHALLENGE
Build functional strength this spring. This April, take any 3 classes that help you build strength, stability, and confidence in your body. Strength is not just about muscles - it is the foundation for moving through life with ease and energy.
🪑 New to the weekly schedule
We kicked off Seated Tai Chi class on Thursdays at 11am ET/ 8am PT with Patricia Lawson last month, and now we have more Tai Chi!
Chris Moore is teaching an hour long Yang Style Tai Chi class on Wednesday mornings at 11am ET. Yang-style tai chi is known for its slow, gentle, and flowing movements, often referred to as "meditation in motion".
It emphasizes upright posture, relaxation, and the "subtle" (inner) strength, coordinating movement with deep breathing, maintaining a "separated" or shifted weight, and keeping the body upright and relaxed. This class is standing, and welcomes beginners!

Chris is an excellent instructor and demonstrates the movements several times and in several positions and he's very good with questions. I like the learning aspect of the class as well as the movement aspect and really appreciate beginning and ending with breathing exercises. I appreciate having Chris as an instructor here with this particular style of Tai Chi."

Learn simple, effective breathing techniques you can use anytime to quiet a racing mind and ease into rest. Completely beginner-friendly - no yoga or meditation experience required. Just show up, breathe, and let go.
🤰 Prenatal Yoga Support Check-In with Allison 📆 Sunday April 19th at 12:30pm ET (45 min)
Designed for any stage of pregnancy, this gentle class focuses on building strength, easing discomfort, and preparing the body for birth. Each session includes time to connect and get personalized recommendations for classes on the platform, and modifications for different stages of pregnancy.
