Welcome to February!
February is here, and it is the perfect time to focus on building a strong foundation. Whether you are looking to strengthen your physical or mental foundations, improve posture, or simply feel more stable in daily life, we have classes to support you!
Our Monthly Challenge in February is our Core Foundations Challenge
We have two special classes coming up this month to help students manage stress and improve sleep.
And we've added three new weekly classes to our schedule- a new strength and balance class, and a weekly seated stretching for stress relief, and we've extended our popular Monday morning sip and stretch series into a regular weekly class!
New to the weekly schedule: we kick off Yoga for Strength and Balance class on Wednesday Evenings at 8:30pm Eastern/5:30pm Pacific with Niki Saccareccia and Seated Mindful Movement for Stress Relief with Alynthia Penn on Thursday Afternoons at 4:00pm Eastern/1:00pm Pacific
Sip and Stretch with Dannika is now weekly ongoing on Monday mornings at 8:00 ET/5:00 am PT. (Look out for a Friday morning addition as well in this time slot!)

Join Val for a beginner-friendly grounding yoga flow designed to release tension and build calm from the inside out. This no-experience-required class combines core-focused movements with breathwork to help you feel centered and resilient. Perfect for anyone looking to manage stress and find balance.

🤰🏻And join us for our next Prenatal Yoga support check-in with Allison on Sunday 2/15 at 12:30pm ET (45 min) Designed for any stage of pregnancy, this gentle class focuses on building strength, easing discomfort, and preparing the body for birth. Each session includes time to connect and get personalized recommendations for classes on the platform, and modifications for different stages of pregnancy.
