The new year is a chance to reset - not with pressure or hustle, but with presence and ease.
We love seeing new members and old in January re-commiting to wellness (or starting fresh for the first time!) and finding new opportunities to connect. If there's anything specific that we can support you with during this time, we'd love to help!

Here are the featured special classes this month, and a few new regular classes on the schedule (and we have a few more good things in the works!):
New to the weekly schedule: we kick off a Level 2: Tight Shoulders and Neck class on Fridays at Noon Eastern / 9am Pacific starting the 9th with Niki Saccareccia, and she'll also be teaching a new Yoga for Strength and Balance class on Wednesday Evenings at 8:30pm Eastern/5:30pm Pacific.

🕯️ 1/25 Special Class: Restorative Yoga for Seasonal Stress Relief with Prema

Feel more grounded in the new year with this relaxing, fully supported practice. Prema will guide students through restorative poses that activate the parasympathetic nervous system to promote deep rest, reduce tension, and support immunity. No experience required.
