Welcome to March!
Spring is almost here, and it is the perfect time to shake off the stiffness of winter. Whether you've been hunched over your desk, bundled up against the cold, or just feeling a little tight, March is all about loosening up and rediscovering ease in movement.
Our Monthly Challenge in March is our Move Freely Challenge
With this challenge we encourage you to take at least 3 classes focused on flexibility, mobility, and gentle stretching. Time to unlock those muscles and move with more freedom!
Our March Series is an Intro to Mind-Body awareness class on Mondays with Niki, we also have two special classes coming up this month - one to help with stress relief and one to support better sleep.
