Niki believes that yoga is for every body, and her style is down-to-earth. You'll move and you'll learn a lot, too! Expect variations of postures, modifications, props, breath work, and specific cues to advance your own practice, class by class.

Ompractice is a live online yoga/meditation platform like no other. I love that I don't need to go anywhere to take a yoga class, especially great with a 5 year old at home. Ompractice is a great place for beginners because the classes are accessible and teachers give cues to keep you safe.

Read moreIf you are new to Ompractice, and don't have equipment at home, that's a-okay! You can take most of our classes without any equipment a mat for your first class as long as you have a soft surface to practice on! Our goal is to make all of our classes accessible without needing to spend money on extras, and you typically can find swaps for all props using things you already have in the house! And many of our classes don't require anything at all!

Provided that you are cleared by your doctor to practice, we have a handful of tips to make sure that you can practice safely as you are getting back to action! Our teachers are trained to offer modifications and guidance to support your recovery journey, and we have a handful of tools (including updating your health notes) that will keep you safe as you ease back into things.
