Ompractice is a live online yoga/meditation platform like no other. I love that I don't need to go anywhere to take a yoga class, especially great with a 5 year old at home. Ompractice is a great place for beginners because the classes are accessible and teachers give cues to keep you safe.

For years, I trekked to the gym for my weekly yoga class. I loved the class and the instructor, but I did not love traveling through ice and snow to get there.
